County Legislator – Jim Van Slyke
Jim Van Slyke was first elected to the Greene County Legislature in 2003. His bipartisan efforts to address the issues important to New Baltimore residents has gained Jim the respect of his colleagues and his constituency.
The Van Slyke family roots go back at least 200 years in the history of New Baltimore. The Van Slyke family are proud farmers. Following his military service, Jim became an electrician and he is a loyal member of the International Brotherhood Of Electrical Workers and of the American Legion.
