Last day for a Board of Elections to receive application for Special Federal absentee ballot if not previously registered.
Mail Registration: Last day to postmark application for General Elections is Oct. 12th. The last day it must be received by Board of Elections is Oct. 17th.
In person registration: Oct. 12th is the last day an application must be received by Board of Elections to be eligible to vote in General Elections. If you have been honorably discharged from the military or have become a naturalized citizen since October 12th, you may register in person at the Board of Elections up until Oct. 27th.
Change of party enrollment: Last day to accept a change of enrollment is October 12th.
Changes of address: received by this date, must be processed.

Last day for a Board of Elections to receive application for Military absentee ballot if not previously registered.

Oct. 30th is last day for a Board of Elections to receive applications for absentee ballots for Military/Special Federal Voters, if by mail and previously registered.
Last day to apply in person for general election ballot and last day to postmark the ballot. The ballot must be received by the county board of elections no later than Nov. 13th.
Nov. 5th is the last day to apply personally for Military General Election ballot, if previously registered.
Nov. 5th is the last day to postmark Military/Special Federal ballot for General Election. It must be received by the Board of Elections by Nov. 19th.
Last day to deliver ballot in person to county board of elections, by close of polls on election day.
Last day for county board of elections to receive mailed ballots (which must be postmarked no later than Nov. 5th).
